A note to all my new and old followers, if you could please re-follow me on THIS link it would be great, I'm trying to get all my original followers onto the right bloglovin page. I will be removing the old bloglovin link and I don't want to lose 60+ people!
Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation in 'porcelain' (repurchase) £6.77 | Soap & Glory One Heck Of A Blot £12Anatomicals Eye Cream £4.49 | MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in 'NC15' £15.50
The eye cream is now out of stock - but it's more the idea of purchasing an eye cream. I will be doing a haul sometime in the next couple of weeks with what I've actually bought on Monday since I'm going shopping, but I'm not going mad, nor am I (hopefully) buying anything unnecessary! I will explain why further down - and there hopefully will be blog posts about this in the future!
On to the updates!
Now, not to feel sorry for myself, but 2014 didn't start great at all. It still isn't great. I'm not gonna go into it in depth however I will explain my absence. Two days into the new year, I was diagnosed with a throat infection AND an ear infection, yep, both at the same time. It was agony, absolute agony - I even had to call in sick to work (and I have never ever done that before now!) but three lots of antibiotics later, I am pretty much 100% in my ear and my throat! Beyond my infections, I have also been working a LOT, we recently had Infantry (basically stock take) so I've been really really busy.
I don't really want to go into this so this is more of a statement than an explanation, but I'm in a bit of a bad place at the moment too, I may do a blog post in the future about my depression but right now it's not really a talking subject for me so I hope you guys don't mind. All I can really say is I'm working on it and I'm slowly getting a little better.
Onto some good news, me and my best friend Megan are planning a holiday to Turkey! YAAAAY! Which means I'm going on a pretty strict spending ban (after my little splurge on Monday) and I want to keep you guys updated on what I'm doing to save money. And if any of you lovely people have been to Turkey (or even live in Turkey) please PLEASE recommend us places to go/stay/see/shop etc! I'm so super excited! And if you have ANY tips whatsoever to help me save money please do share them!
I just want to apologise again for my absence, and to reassure you guys I'm still alive. I have some draft blog posts finally done so I will be blogging roughly, back to normal now in the next month if I can keep my momentum up. Thank you to the lovely people who constantly support me, constantly read my blog and to all my wonderful friends who are keeping me sane in this really shitty time.
