Bourjois 123 Perfect Foundation // Shade 51 // Bought for £3.50 (sealed!) // Local car boot sale
I've been meaning to try out a Bourjois foundation out for a while, ideally I wanted to try the healthy mix foundation but this was just such a bargain at £3.50 that I couldn't say no! I've had a quick try of it, it's very yellow toned and pretty matte, it doesn't need powdering which will be nice for summer. I'd say it's a light/medium (at a push) coverage, so far I'm liking it. It retails for £10.99 at both Boots and Superdrug.
L'Oreal Paris Skin Perfection Micellar Solution // Bought for £1 (sealed!) // Local car boot sale
I've been keeping my eye out in Tesco's to try pick this up whilst it's new and on offer but had no luck so far. I was browsing the car boot sale when I saw a lady was selling it for just £1. I couldn't believe it! I have tried it out quickly and it did remove 90% of my make up with just one swipe and left no residue on my face which was so nice. I am so impressed with this. I will definitely repurchase it. It retails for £4.99 and you can pick it up at BootsSuperdrug and I believe most supermarkets stock this now.
Benefit They're Real Mini Mascara // Bought for £1 (sealed & boxed) // Local car boot sale
I know I have only just picked Elle magazine up with this free sample, but the same lady I bought the Micellar water off was also selling this. Now I haven't actually got round to trying this mascara yet but I was planning on picking up another issue of Elle so I had two travel sizes of it, but I saved myself £3! You can buy the travel sized from the June issue of Elle magazine or from Boots for £9.50.
Collection Pressed Powder // Ivory // £1.99 // Superdrug
This was just a quick repurchase, it's my go to powder along side Rimmels Stay Matte powder. It's the palest pressed powder I've found that isn't just in the shade translucent. It's a pretty basic powder, there are probably better ones out there but for £1.99 I just keep going back! You can pick this up where ever you can pick up Collection, boots, most supermarkets and Wilkinsons.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeliner // Nude // £3.99 // Superdrug
I was after a nude eyeliner when I saw lots of reviews on this one in particular. It's waterproof and it's the perfect nude shade for inside the waterline. It really brightens and widens the eye so it's very flattering and perfect for those tired lazy days where you need to face the world. It also lasts pretty long on the waterline too which is just an added bonus! Again, you can pick this up anywhere that sells Rimmel, most supermarkets, Boots, Superdrug and Wilkinsons.
NYC Fast Dry Nail Base/Top Coat // £2.59 // Superdrug
I was after a new top coat so I just picked this one up on a whim as it was 3 for 2 in super drug. I have tried it once, it's certainly not a none chip one but it will do the job for now. It works as a good base coat if nothing else. And it was on offer for £1.79 so it was the cheapest item, therefore free! NYC is only stocked in Superdrug stores. If any of you could recommend me a cheap top coat it'd be highly appreciated!

Have you guys tried any of my bargain buys before or anything in particular you'd like to read a review on? Leave me a comment! :) xo

  1. Love the Rimmel nude scandaleyes, soooo great. I tried the 123 perfect foundation and didn't get on with it, but I do have really dry skin.

    1. It is a very matte formula! Not sure I'll enjoy it too much but I'll give it a go :) I've only used the water a few times but love it already, trying to use my other cleansers up first and then really give it a go! :) Thank you beautiful, I love your blog too!
