Payday Haul // Boots ♡

Friday, 29 March 2013

So it was pay day for me yesterday, so I went to Meadowhall and did.. a tiny bit of shopping. I bought two bras which incidentally scanned at £1 each?!?! Thus, I went a bit crazy in boots so I thought I'd share what I purchased with you all :) I did pick up two clothing items, however ones in the wrong size so I'll wait until I have took it back and hopefully, picked it up in the right size :)

First things I bought was the Lee Stafford Hair Growth Shampoo and conditioner, I have been meaning to pick these up after my instant love for the hair treatment mask, which I also picked up as it was 3 for 2! I will be doing another update in a few weeks on my hair growing progress so keep your eyes peeled for that!
All from Boots // Shampoo // £6.99, Conditioner // £6.99, Hair Treatment Mask // £7.99
On the subject of hair, I finally caved in and bought the Tangle Teezer. These are massively raved about and I can honestly see why, I've only used it a couple of time but my god. Why has it took me this long to buy one! I know that £11 is pretty steep for just a hair brush, but I think this will actually change my hairs life completely already!
Boots // Tangle Teezer // £10.99
I next got this mascara, purely because I had a voucher for this to be just £2. Even if it's not great it was only £2. It claims for "24 hour curl" so I'll give it a go and let you guys know how good it actually is! It's from a brand called 17 which is only available in Boots. The packaging is pretty cute in my opinion too which is always a bonus!
Seventeen Doll'd Up // £6.29
I then continued to spend MORE money on the Collection *2000* 'Cream Puff'. I read LLYMLRS review of this a while ago, and I've wanted to try one ever since. I prefer matte lips than lipgloss or sticky finishes. I bought it in the shade 'Fairy Cake' (Number 3!) I did try it on this morning but because I have dry lips the application of the product wasn't THAT great, but it has lasted on my lips a very long time and ultimately I am very impressed already with this! I am already tempted to buy the shade 'Cotton Candy'!
Lastly I bought this 'Barry M Gelly Nail Paint' in the shade 'Prickly Pear', I have plenty of lilac colours so this purchase was a bit unnecessary, but I did have a voucher that if I spent over £20 I'd get 200 points so that was my justification on this. And that it is a beaaautiful lilac shade!

Have any of you guys purchased/have any of these items on a wishlist of yours? And anything you'd like me in the future to review? :) xo

  1. I like the nail varnish, i really want to try one of the gel ones.

    1. It's lasted on my nails so well! I applied it last Thursday and it's hardly even chipped! I am deffo picking some more of the gel ones up :) xo

  2. Absolutely love my Tangle Teezer too, I could never go back to using a normal hairbrush, makes brushing my hair so much easier :)

    1. I tried brushing my hair with a normal brush and it just felt weird! I'm amazed at how much it's changed my hair already and why I have never invested in one before now! xo
